Fedex Fedex Ground: expect delivery within four to seven business days from shipment date. UPS Express and UPS Expedited delivery orders, our goal is to ship most in-stock orders the same day when placed by 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) Monday - Friday (holidays excluded). Fraud prevention, credit approval, order volume, system problems, weather conditions, and other variables can affect processing, however. Saturday, Sunday and holiday shipments/deliveries are not available at this time. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following week.While we cannot make promises for the carrier, delivery should be made within two business days of the shipping date. Delivery times may vary for some shipment destinations, or during severe weather conditions. Please include a delivery address, where someone can accept the shipment during normal business hours. In the case of a return for refund, any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order will not be refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned. InSync Speech Technologies, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging (if possible). Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since InSync Speech Technologies, Inc. cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.
