Return Merchandise Authorization Request
All product returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping back to InSync. Be sure to describe in detail on the RMA form the problem that you are having.
To obtain an RMA number on a product purchased directly from Insync:
- Log into your account, click on the "Track Your Order" menu link in the above menu bar, scroll to the bottom of the page (the "Order / Billing History" tab) and choose the order from which you wish to open the RMA. You will then be able to choose the product from that order that you wish to return.
To obtain an RMA number for any other reason (i.e. a special rebate program) you must:
- Register as a Customer with Insync. Once this is completed, click on the "Track Your Order" menu link in the above menu bar, scroll to the bottom of the page (the "Special RMA History" tab) and click on the "Add/Edit Special RMA's" link. You will then be able to create your RMA.
Important: You must enclose a copy of the RMA Form with your return. ALL returns must include the RMA Number clearly marked on the shipping label (DO NOT WRITE ON ANY BOXES.) Returns not properly marked, as well as any products and/or quantities that don't match the original RMA, may be refused. ALL RMA numbers expire thirty (30) days after issuance, therefore all return products must be RECEIVED at InSync within the thirty (30) day time frame, otherwise product will be refused.
Defective / Warranty Returns
Defective returns are processed in accordance with InSync's guidelines. InSync will determine whether to repair or replace the product.You must include the original box, packaging materials, manuals, and software. Returns missing these items may be considered incomplete and will be returned to you.
Shipping
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.
Unauthorized Returns
Any returned product received by InSync that does not meet the above mentioned requirements, will be classified as an unauthorized return. All unauthorized returns may be returned to you at your expense. InSync will not be liable for any loss or damage to unauthorized returns.
