Return Policy

MICROPHONES:

• The product is in new saleable condition
• All material is properly packaged in original packaging.
• If you encounter a defect with the microphone purchase it will be exchanged or repaired, at our option, unless it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
• Regardless of return or exchange, the client is responsible for the freight to and from our location. If you purchase the item online, you do not pay for shipping, we do. Even in this situation, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
• Microphones are one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

SOFTWARE:

 If you encounter a defect with a software purchase we will gladly exchange product upon the receipt of the defective item (less shipping and handling costs). SORRY, DUE TO COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING LAWS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT SOFTWARE RETURNS. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only. Taxes: All prices are quoted exclusive of any sales taxes or duties that may be applicable. Taxes where appropriate will be added to your invoice. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not included in prices. In case that the shipping charges are waived, if product is returned, these charges will apply and will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION:

General Instructions:

  1. Complete the Return Merchandise Form and submit it to receive an RMA #. The RMA # will be e-mailed to you in next 24 hrs.

RMA Packaging Instructions

Once you receive your RMA #, please proceed to:

1. Package products in original box with all information, manuals, brochures, etc.

2. Make sure RMA is clearly displayed on outside box

3. Your complete name and return shipping address must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box

4. Send your return prepaid via insured mail or courier (PLEASE DO NOT USE PUROLATOR ) (Sorry, we cannot accept: C.O.D. or collect shipments) to:

5. All RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.

6. No package will be accepted unless RMA # is CLEARLY MARK ON THE OUTSIDE OF EVERY BOX.

Andrea products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price. Please send an e-mail to support@dragonsys.ca, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Merchandise returned to InSync Speech Technologies without having been issued an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date it is created, merchandise returned after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All return shipping is to be paid by the customer using a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Products must be returned in as-new condition, with original packaging, all publications, accessories, and the RMA number displayed on the outside of the package.

Software - All software sales are final, and are not eligible for refund.
