InSync Speech Technologies, Inc. offers ground shipping free of charge for all US and Canada orders of US$49.95 and above (before tax and after applicable discounts or vouchers); US and Canada orders under $49.95 will be charged shipping as per the table below.

For any order within the continental US and Canada shipping via UPS Express or UPS Expedited is also available for an additional charge.

Please Note: Orders must be placed before 2:00 p.m in order to ship same business day. Orders placed Friday after 2:00 p.m. through Sunday are usually shipped on Monday pending payment authorization.

Delivery Time Expectations

• Fedex Ground Service - 3-7 Business Days
• UPS Express - Next business day delivery between noon and 5 pm. (Business Days do not include Saturday, Sunday or United States and Canadian federal holidays)
• UPS Express Europe, Australia, Latin America - 3-7 business days. Delivery time is variable due to customs and local regulations on clearing overseas packages. We provide with avagerage delivery times however we make no guarantee on the accuracy of this information as every country has its own procedure to follow.

Fraud prevention, credit approval, order volume, system problems, weather conditions, and other variables can affect processing, however. Saturday, Sunday and holiday shipments/deliveries are not available at this time. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following week.While we cannot make promises for the carrier, delivery should be made within two business days of the shipping date. Delivery times may vary for some shipment destinations, or during severe weather conditions. Please include a delivery address, where someone can accept the shipment during normal business hours.

RETURN POLICY

Microphones:

You can return the product for a refund within 30 days of purchase, providing:

• You have received a Return Authorization Number
• The product is in new saleable condition
• Product is properly packaged in original packaging.
• If you encounter a defect with the microphone purchase it will be exchanged or repaired, at our option, unless it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
• Regardless of the nature of the return or exchange, the client is responsible for the freight to our location.
• Microphones have one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Software:

If you encounter a defect with a software purchase we will gladly exchange product upon the receipt of the defective item. SORRY, DUE TO COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING LAWS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT SOFTWARE RETURNS. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only.Taxes: All prices are quoted exclusive of any sales taxes or duties that may be applicable. Taxes where appropriate will be added to your invoice. Shipping charges are not included in prices.

In the case of a return for refund, any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order will not be refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned.

InSync Speech Technologies, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging (if possible). Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since InSync Speech Technologies, Inc. cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.
